In the same case as collecting of measured values, faults of individual sequences in the process can also be stored. Based on the stored data it is possible to carry out for example, process stability analysis, analysis of qualitative output from the lines, analysis of the technical condition of the machine and determination of vulnerable points for failure, or technical downtime. The production control system prevents the loss of precious time analysing the data by yourself. In addition to analyzes, the production control system can also plan production. Based on the production data from production, production efficiency on individual equipment and production scenario, it is able to monitoring current production by using feedback from machine (machine information) and based on monitoring of current production it plans production sequences and batches of individual product variants exactly according to customer’s call offs.

An additional advanced production control systems can be plan efficiently according weekly requirement. It means plan production with minimum overchanging of the machine as possible. This eliminates downtime due to overchanging will make increase of production time and degrease unproduction time.
