recommend. Second option is full automat where is calculation with operator. Full automat is often very expensive variant because is needed to have automatic feeding system of single parts which are input to machine for example feeding by vibration bowls. Mostly companies calculate two years payback but full automated version of machine is mostly more than two years. A lot of companies are going to way for more automation of production lines lately. They emphasize more performance, greater effectivity in production processes and higher productivity as well. During building of new machine is necessary to define if will be machine with software of production control system or not. In automotive industry is very strong competitiveness it means that decreasing production cost by automation is very important. Mostly in short term is not modernization and improving production process profitable because investment of modernization is very expensive but from side of long term is necessary to do it for better market position. If some company have projects which have short lifetime are good to calculate and planning modernization by using automation technology for additional project it means, if is buying robot good idea for project with short lifetime or not. If is possible this expensive robot modified and re-used for followed project. It is not for free but still it will save a lot of money and for small modification will be production line more effectivity. The same case is for implementation production control system. How was mentioned it is necessary to check and calculate if is implementation production control system for old machines good idea or not.
