Helix Well Ops (Well Ops), a leading globalproviderof subseawell intervention, has recentlymoved to largerpremisesat Alba Gate on Stoneywood Road, Dyce, Aberdeen. It has taken on a six-year lease of the 27,682 sq ft building which equates todouble thespace it previously occupied at HelixHouse. Themove to larger premises represents amajor investment forWell Ops and is a result of the growingworkforce required to meet the increasing demand for its well operation and decommissioning services delivered from three mono- hull vessels. Well Ops currently employs 115 staff onshore and a further 350 offshore onboard itswell interventionvesselsMSV Seawell, Well Enhancer and Skandi Constructor,which joined the fleet in2013.
