PROJECT DESCRIPTION This project is expected to require a multilane curb and gutter facility with sidewalks at Vandalia Rd. from Elm-Eugene St to Pleasant Garden Rd. However, a feasibility study with a public involvement process is recommended to evaluate the proper improvements for this facility. A portion of the project is currently outside city limits and may require annexation or dedication to use bond funds.
