PROJECT DESCRIPTION Lowdermilk Street and Sykes Avenue to be realigned to create a single intersection with East Market Street. As part of theis project the Pine Street at-grade railroad crossing will be closed as part of NCDOT Rail Division's efforts to improve safety and close redundant crossings.
