What We Provide to Each Dean TEAM:

Each Evangel Dean TEAM Must:

Authority to host Evangel Schools with two Certified Deans Evangel Resources Package (purchased by team) that contains videos, graphics, PowerPoints, music/lead sheets, templates, etc. Church Planter Tool Kit Listing on site of upcoming school and link to registration Share social media posts on upcoming and hosted schools

Purchase Evangel Resources Package before hosting any schools Purchase Ripe for Harvest and Planting Churches among the City’s Poor: Vols. 1 and 2 for every Field Coach and Team Leader Purchase a copy of Ripe for Harvest and Front Matters: Prerequisite Readings for the Evangel School of Urban Church Planting for every delegate of each school Two Certified Deans (one of which must be local) to host an Evangel School Register upcoming school 60 days prior to hosting at www.tumi.org/evangel Complete Evangel School Report Form (and upload charters and pictures) after each school hosted at www.tumi.org/evangel Ensure that Field Coaches are oriented in PWR Pay annual license fee*

What We Provide to Each Individual DEAN:

Each Evangel DEAN Must:

Renew Dean status every three years Renew status by attending Dean Training or alternate approved option by the Head Dean If Dean status expires, attend Dean Training to renew

Planting Churches among the City’s Poor: Vols. 1 and 2 , Ripe for Harvest , Evangel Dean Handbook Dean shirt Front Matters: Prerequisite Readings for the Evangel School of Urban Church Planting Training to host an Evangel School Certification to host an Evangel School for three years (with certificate and pocket card)

* The First annual license fee is included with the registration of a Dean Team of two or more potential Deans. In order to provide ongoing service and consultation to our Evangel School partners, we ask for a modest annual license fee due January 15, which keeps you certified as a team to host Evangel Schools. Annual fees must be kept up to date in order to maintain approved Evangel School status with The Urban Ministry Institute.
