Carter, Ryan, ed., Christ the Victor Church: The Guidebook: Ancient Faith for an Urban Movement. N.P.: CreateSpace, 2014.

This guidebook is designed for planters who are interested in planting a CTV church plant and provides a helpful example for other movements interested in training church planters within their movement.

Mannoia, Kevin. Church Planting: The Next Generation . Indianapolis, IN: Light and Life Communication, 1994.

This book is now over twenty years old, but it is still helpful for movements and denominations that are thinking through the “systems” they hope to use as their group plants churches. His emphasis on systems helps a family of churches think through how they can work together to recruit, assess, train, encourage, and empower church planters.
