For at least your first ten years as a preacher, always ask a friend to be ready to give you a torta (sandwich) after you preach. First the bread (something encouraging), then the meat (something to work on), finally another piece of bread (another encouraging thing). Whenever you preach, always give the Father glory for what the Holy Spirit does in drawing people to his Son through the preaching of his Word.
