1. To faithfully intercede for oneself, one’s members and volunteers, the community, and the entire effort during the Charter period 2. To relate and communicate regularly with the church plant team members and his/her field coach and/or church authority on the status of the plant 3. To commence and superintend the training and resourcing provided for each member of the team for their growth and development 4. To attend the Evangel Church Plant School with core team members, and if possible, his field coach to develop a Team Charter

5. To oversee the formation and implementation of the team’s church planting strategy

6. To insure that each team member has received adequate orientation and training for his/her role

7. To care for the spiritual and emotional welfare of the team, both as individuals, and as a whole

8. To lead team meetings, and its processes of planning, preparing, evaluating, and making adjustments to the Charter

9. To help team members resolve interpersonal conflict

10. To secure resources, personnel, and counseling for the team’s ongoing challenges and opportunities

11. To set an example of service and spirituality for the team
