This chart was taken from our earlier church plant school documents. Although the terminology has changed, we have maintained the same functions for the positions. In previous materials, the term used for the church planting supervisor or mentor to whom the team leader reported or received input from was called a Multiple Team Leader or MTL . All references to MTL or Multiple Team Leader in this chart should now be understood as Field Coach . The term Team Leader for the person in charge of the church plant team and church plant effort is now referred to as the Church Planter . And, the term City Director or Supervisor is now Commissioning Pastor or Ministry Supervisor .
