Articulate theological and biblical themes for the church’s advance of the kingdom in the world. Name three expressions of the church especially important for planting churches among the poor. Explain the five phases of PLANT and their relation to the apostolic mission outlined in the New Testament. Describe the vision and values of your church plant and the particular community demographics of the area your team is called to serve. Explain how wisdom is developed through the PWR process. Articulate basic themes of the preparation phase of church planting. Explain why freedom in Christ is important in cross- cultural church planting. Describe the basic components of a biblical theology of the poor. Define the basic characteristics of team as they relate to church planting. Outline the standard practices of your church plant and the church plant expression you will use.
