Describe how the theme of “To Christ the Victory” can shape your church’s worship, discipleship, and evangelism. Describe how your church plant will complete projects. Outline your plan for preaching, follow up, baptism, and discipleship. Articulate key themes for nurturing believers through discipleship, preaching, teaching, and leadership development. State basic principles for effective Bible preaching and teaching. Identify criteria for transitioning from church planter to pastor or from church planter to indigenous leadership. Articulate the need for a rhythm of sustained review. Identify how changes and challenges require us to adapt if we want to win. Identify when you and your team will take the necessary time to review church plant progress in order to adapt to win. Complete a church plant charter with vision, values, authority lines, field coach, goal deadlines, review times, and church expression.
