Stakeholder Panel Activity Since March 2017 • Working Group on Food Allergen Assays met May through July to work on draft of quantitative SMPR for milk • Working Group on Gluten Assays met May through July to work on draft of quantitative SMPR for gluten in oats • After posting for public comment, an in-person meeting at AOAC on September 6 th to review and draft responses to comments for the draft SMPR for Gluten in Oats • Survey sent to AOAC Research Institute Contributing Members regarding next topics for ISPAM working groups – quantitative microbiology method validation acceptance criteria • Working group launch presentations developed for presentation for Quantitative Microbiology Method Validation Acceptance Criteria. • Stakeholders will be asked to deliberate on and endorse a final version of SMPRs for egg and for gluten in oats
