Pinggu Wu: Born in December 1971, male, graduated from Zhejiang

University, master's degree, researcher. Deputy director of the Institute of

Physics, Chemistry and Toxicology, Zhejiang Center for Disease Control

and Prevention. Member of the Second Review Committee of National

Food Safety Standards. the Second Committee of Food Safety Experts of

Zhejiang Province, Zhejiang Local Food Safety Standards and the

Committee of Review Experts.

Engaged in health physical and chemical analysis, long-term responsibility

for food safety risk monitoring in Zhejiang Province. Two national food

safety standards, including the determination of ethyl carbamate in food and

polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in food, have been drafted, 12 local

standards have been drafted, acquired four national patents for inventions

and participated in the compilation of 5 works. published more than 100

articles, including more than 20 SCI papers.
