Work Experience

From April 2018: Specialist Chemical contaminants at Nestle Research Lausanne, Switzerland  Development and transfer to routine laboratories of analytical methods for pesticides analysis, analytical expert for MCPD and GE analysis for Nestle.  Member of the ERP for MCPD at AOAC, and author of 1 st action method 2018.03 (MCPDE and GE in infant formula); study director for the MLT.  Method development for furan and alkylfurans by HS-GC-MS and SPME- GC-MS 2014-2018: Implementation Manager at Nestlé Quality Assurance Center Singapore, Singapore  Responsible for implementation of new methods in routine laboratory, according to customers and NQAC needs. Implementation of 30 analytical methods covering a wide range of contaminants (Multi residue methods for Pesticides by LC-MS/MS and GC-MSMS, Veterinary drugs, process contaminants, environmental contaminants, mycotoxins, GMO, Allergens).  Development of new analytical methods to answer food safety crisis (1080, Formaldehyde).  Internal and external technical auditor for ISO 17025 June-Sep 2014: Lead Scientist for Pesticide Team at Nestlé Research Center, Lausanne, Switzerland  Building a new team: recruitment of 4 analysts  Developing Pesticide network between Research Center and routine laboratories (Dublin – USA, Singapore , Cergy - France , Weiding - Germany)  On-site training and implementation of pesticide analysis methods (Weiding, Singapore)
