• To include 700 patients pTx pN2 R0 • Planning CT mandatory • description of target volumes ++++ • 54 Gy to ICRU point • photons ≥ 6 MV • 1 fraction / day, 5 fractions / week • ≥ 3 fields treated daily • (no IMRT)
