Local Failure (LF) in BCT Subgroup

Hormonal therapy: Uni-variate analysis suggested trend in reduction of LF with tamoxifen in BRCA2 carriers

BRCA1p=0.13 BRCA2p=0.08

Oophorectomy did not significantly impact LF*

BRCA1p=0.27 BRCA2p=0.125

*but 73% received chemotherapy;

only 16% received no adjuvant therapy.
