-Regional lymph node radiotherapy to stage II and III

breast cancer patients applied in an everyday treatment

setting

-Improved overall survival

-Decreased incidence of metastatic disease

-Decreased incidence of breast cancer death

-RT is an apropiate tool to replace AD to ensure regional

control in N+ patients
