Case 1 Treatment:

• Post-op RT • T1 and T2 sequences on MRI • GTV: T1 contrast enhancing • CTV: GTV + 2 – 3 cm • Make sure it includes T2 abnormality • Allow for fusion errors • Edit for natural boundaries • CTV -> PTV margin
