Babesta Beat AW 2014
Babyzen Yoyo stroller , 16745, 16746, $469
Your little one has a sophisticated style, yes? If so, the bedding of choice is Oilo, a company known for its bold graphic prints and cool colors. An interior designer’s dream, the newest collection, dubbed Zara, features gender neutral gray that is soothing and fresh, and can be dialed up with some key bold colored accessories. Organic and original, pieces in the collection, including the fitted sheets, blankets, bumpers, crib skirts, pillows and changing pad toppers, can be mixed and matched to interior perfection. $39-$170. YOYO A GOGO The Yoyo stroller by Babyzen is the ultimate on-the-go ride. Always airplane-ready, the stroller is able to fold down to carry-on luggage size (meaning no gate-check and no risk of breakage!) We decided this summer to put it to the test on a trip overseas. Its itinerary: 10pm flight from Newark to Zürich (Swiss, A330), a brief stint at the airport rolling around the copious amount of shops, and then off to Athens on a smaller “local “ plane. Both instances, the stroller was simple to tuck into the overhead compartment with room to spare. Although we had no stroller-age kids to test it with, it handily carted our luggage to the gates and beyond (and maneuvers very smoothly, I might add). It ended its journey perfectly perched to enjoy views of the Aegean chilling out until the return flight. The Babyzen Yoyo is suitable from 6 months up and can be carried easily on the shoulder when not in use. The fashionable ride is our go-to for easy traveling whether home or abroad.
