No exemptions. CHECK-IN: Contestants must check-in or notify arena secretary 1 hour prior to the start of the event. Failure to do so will result in an alternate contestant being selected and allowed to compete. The check-in deadline for alternates to be considered as “walk-up replacements” at Xtreme Broncs Events is 1 hour prior to start of the event. STOCK DRAW: Stock will be drawn per the rulebook. The event will count towards the official rodeo count for any contestant that turns-out after stock callbacks, whether that contestant is replaced or not. Contestants who qualify for the finals may be requested by the committee to draw their own animal from a hat containing poker chips inscribed with animals’ number in the arena or other designated area prior to the finals. This determination may be based on production factors. PAY-OFF: 6% of total purse is to be deducted prior to the pay-off and sent in with results. Of the remaining purse 60% of the total purse will be allocated to the long go-round, pays 8 places, 40% of the total purse will be allocated to the final go-rounds, pays 4 places. There will be no average pay-off. ALL PERCENTAGES WILL BE DIVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH RULEBOOK. NOTE: Money won at Xtreme Broncs Events will count towards qualification for the 2018 National Finals Rodeo and the 2018 Rookie of the Year Standings, as long as the contestant has entered and competed in a minimum of 40 PRCA rodeos. Money won will also count for Circuit Standings as long as the contestant has satisfied his required circuit participation count. X-Broncs events are not applied to the required circuit participation count. Money won at this event will not count towards All Around Standings or All American Standings. STK.
