Mini-Circuits’ Reflectionless Low Pass Filter, DC to 420MHz

Mini-Circuits’ Broadband Coaxial Limiters, 30 to 3000 MHz, +12 to +30 dBm Mini-Circuits’ VLM-52+ is a coaxial RF limiter supporting applications from 10 to 500 MHz with a wide input power range from +10 to +20 dBm, ideal for many situations where unwanted signals prevail such as manufacturing sites, train tunnels, radar transceivers and more. The limiter achieves low leakage power of +9.5 dBm, 0.2 dB Δ output / 1 dB Δ input, and 0.5 dB insertion loss in the limiting range. The unit features rugged, unibody construction (1.43” x 0.41” dia.) with SMA connectors and provides excellent thermal stability from -55 to 100˚C, suitable for hi-rel military applications. Mini-Circuits’ XLF-123+ is a reflectionless low pass filter with a passband of DC to 12200 MHz and stopband from 18100 to 29000 MHz. The filter provides 1.8 dB passband insertion loss, 14 dB stop band rejection from 18100 to 19000 MHz, and 24 dB stop band rejection from 19000 to 29000 MHz. It can handle RF input power up to 2W in the passband and 0.5W in the stopband. Fabricated using IPD process technology on GaAs, the filter comes housed in a tiny 3x3mm QFN package. Mini-Circuits’ X-series of reflectionless filters employs a novel filter topology which absorbs and terminates stopband signals internally rather than reflecting them back to the source. This new capability enables unique applications for filter circuits beyond those suited to traditional approaches. Reflectionless filters eliminate stopband signal reflections, allowing them to be paired with sensitive devices such as mixers and multipliers without the need for extra components like

Mini-Circuits’ Tiny LTCC 90° Hybrid, 800 – 1250 MHz Mini-Circuits’ QCN-12AD+ is an ultra-small ceramic surface-mount 90° hybrid supporting applications from 800 to 1250 MHz including cellular, GSM and more. This model provides 0.3 dB insertion loss, 17 dB isolation, 2.5° phase unbalance and 0.3 dB amplitude unbalance. It is capable of handling RF input power up to 15W and comes housed in a 1206 LTCC package with wraparound terminations for excellent solderability. It’s the perfect building block for buffering circuits from reflective elements, push-pull amplifiers, and other cases where 90° phase offset is needed.
