I hope you all are having a great 2019 so far! Everyone has always told me time goes by so much faster the older you get and I have never related more than these past few years. Before we know it, we will be submitting tax rolls and mailing TRIMS. But before all that, we have an event to look forward to- the 2019 FCIAAO An- nual Conference! More on that in a minute. holding our TPP Seminar in December at the Embassy Suites in Kis- simmee. It was great to see a good turnout for the PPS Case Study Workshop taught by Lisa Hobart that was offered prior to the start of the seminar. Good luck to those PPS candidates as you begin taking your exams! The rest of the week was filled with informative presenta- tions, education, and networking opportunities. Visit the Chapter’s website to view and download the presentations from the seminar. Just last week, a few fellow board members and I were able to host a reception at the Boatyard in Fort Lauderdale for the IAAO Board of Di- rectors. The Board chose sunny Florida as the location for the installa- tion of officers and winter meeting. Congratulations to our Immediate Past President, Tracy Drake, on his installation as Director of Region 3. Florida is well represented with IAAO.
