Put into a glass some pieces of Ice, 2 teaspoonfuls powdered Sugar, Juice of X Lemon, White of an Egg, 1 liqueur- . glass Dry Gin. Stir well and fill up with Tansan.

No. 63. Swissess White of an Egg, Teaspoonful of Anisette Syrup, Glass of Absinthe.

Shake well together, strain into glass and add Tansan. (This is a very good bracer for that feeling in the morn ing after the night before.)
