Scope:

a) Award categories announced by the organisers approx. 5-6 months ahead of the event b) Notification is send to the stakeholders to propose nominations online c) Shortlisting is carried out by the organisers prior initiation of the online voting process d) Voting is initiated online supported by advertisements and e-mail campaigns e) Voting period is approx. 2- 3 months to be completed ahead of the event f) Awards will be announced and handed over at the welcome reception & award ceremony, the evening ahead of the Conference

Concept:

Awards Ceremony:

The awards will be announced and handed over at the welcome & award ceremony to be held at yacht club of Greece at the evening before the conference. Cocktail reception will follow after award ceremony at the same venue.
