Management and Auction Production Package Services to include but not limited to: • Assisting in creative conception of event

• Creating best practices for pre-production and event flow • Scheduling and managing production meetings and agendas • Creating a Schedule of Event (show flow for event and production) • Overseeing all technical aspects of the event • Advising on room layout and flow • Advising on all entertainment aspects of the event • All Scheduling • Managing Insurance requirements for all vendors • Managing Load in and Load Out • Overseeing and Managing all Volunteers and Volunteer Directors for the event (as it applies to production elements of auction) • Managing content of power point for live auction items • Managing selection of all music from walk in to walk out music and all intros, extros, bumpers etc. • Managing all screen content during the event including but not limited to  Auction Slides  Sponsor Slides  Fund a Need Slides  Thank You and Celebration Slides (Note – Priority Marketing to create content, Pzazz will manage timing and review all content for continuity with live production) • Overseeing all rehearsals

• Managing all Cue to Cue rehearsals • Assisting in script/show integration • Calling actual show • Manage all outside acts (i.e. Children’s Choir, Models, Musicians) • Assist in sourcing outside acts as needed
