Resolution by Unanimous Consent Bobby Nichols Fiddlesticks Charity Foundation. Resolved, The Board of Directors of the Bobby Nichols Fiddlesticks Charity Foundation, by unanimous consent, effective June 27,2017, hereby authorize the President of the Foundation, Michael Lancellot and the Treasurer, Austin Lydon, apply for and obtain from FineMark Bank, an appropriate credit card with a credit line of a least $10,000. The President and the Treasurer shall be the authorized users of the said credit card. I certify that the above is a true and exact copy of the Resolution of the Foundation.
