The Shakopee Aquatics program utilizes the American Red Cross Learn to Swim Program. Please refer to the level descriptions on page 10 or on the city website ( www.ShakopeeMN.gov/aquatics ) to choose the one that most closely fits your child’s swimming ability. If you have questions on level placement, please call 952-233-9528.

INDEPENDENTLY SCHEDULED PRIVATE LESSONS Private lessons are 1:1 instruction to accomplish goals set by the parents or desired swim lesson level. Sign up and get paired with an instructor and once paired with your instructor you two will set up times for your four private lessons. If you wish to do more than four please sign up twice. We will pull registrants from the waitlist as sessions are completed. If you want to do semi-private lessons please register one child and email Hannah Improta at himprota@ ShakopeeMN.gov to set up semi-private lesson.
