WELLS LEASING FROM MAY 1, 2020 TO OCTOBER 31, 2020

North Channel Yacht Club (NCYC) lessee agreement as follows: 1. All leasing fees are due at the beginning of the period stated above. If the lease is not received on or before the date for commencement of this period, this agreement may be terminated. 2. Lessee shall be solely responsible for the security, care and condition of the vessel and all equipment and the vessel shall be at the sole risk of the lessee. The vessel shall be insured by the lessee for liability with respect to persons and property and evidence of insurance shall be furnished to NCYC on request. Lessee waives and releases all claims against NCYC, its officers, members and employees for personal injury and for the loss and property damage from any cause and agrees to indemnify NCYC for any damage it may sustain for the reason thereof. 3. Members can only lease one well. Mainland wells are restricted to assigned lessee. 4. This lease may not be assigned nor applied to any other than lessee’s vessel. 5. Lessee must keep vessel of their registry/ownership as described above, in the leased well. Subleasing will not be allowed. Any deviation requires board approval. 6. Usage of wells other than the lessees assigned boat well is not permitted. 7. Any lessee’s well left unoccupied for the season will be forfeited. 8. Lessee agrees to comply with the rules and the regulations stated and such other reasonable rules and regulations as NCYC may publish from time totime. 9. Parking in mainland lot is on a first come first serve basis. There is no reserved parking. NCYC cannot be held responsible for theft or damages tovehicles. North Channel Yacht Club Well Rules and Regulations. Lessee shall be responsible for: 1. Observance of all fire and safety precautions, with no fires allowed on the docks or parking lot. 2. Good conduct of lessee and lessee’s guest on the vessel or on the marina premises. 3. Placement of a dock box in designated area per approval of the Board of Directors. 4. Removal of any boat trailer or cradles from the parkinglot. 5. Observance of no wake speed limits. 6. Policing the lessee’s area for trash and bagging of trash and placing in designated containers or area. 7. Mooring of the vessel in a safemanner. 8. Failure to comply with the terms, rules, or regulations of this lease agreement is grounds for termination of lease. 9. Portable toilets are not to be emptied in the canal, marina areas or PortaJohn.
