Standing upper body exercise Upper body exercise aims to enhance muscular strength and endurance of shoulders, arms and forearms. These muscle groups are often not strong enough to sustain proper posture and prevent poor stability, particularly in employees who sit a lot or keep the same body position during working hours.

1. Wall push up

Starting position: Put your hands against the wall with traight arms  Keep your body with a straight spine an legs  Put your weight on the toes  Slowly move your body to the wall by bending the elbows  Move back from the wall extending the elbows  See mat exercises for more difficult exercises of these muscles.
