2. Sumo squats

Starting position: Take a wide stance position and cross your arms in front of your body  Stand with your feed a little bit wider as your shoulders, toes pointed outwards  Squat slowly by keeping the trunk straight and knees forced outward  Go down until the thighs are parallel to the ground  Reverse the movement and raise your body until to the starting position  Breath in when going down, breath out when going up
