Starting position: Take a wide stance position and cross your arms in front of your body Stand with your feed a little bit wider as your shoulders, toes pointed outwards Squat slowly by keeping the trunk straight and knees forced outward Go down until the thighs are parallel to the ground Reverse the movement and raise your body until to the starting position Breath in when going down, breath out when going up
