James “Jaime” Lynch, CCM, AVS,-Principal Senior Project Manager Mr. Lynch manages public K-12 projects and holds degrees in both architecture and civil engineering. His familiarity with the project and the District while performing cost estimating will save time and money. He will be your single point of accountability throughout the work and will report directly to the Board and community, keeping you in control of the project.

Kimberly LaBrake, AIA Building Systems & Codes / Permits

Mrs. LaBrake is a registered architect works with Jamie during renovation projects by assisting with design issues, project phasing and code inspections. She will assist by providing reviews of the building system work scopes and in identifying code & permitting hurdles for the project phases.
