Cleaning the Machine - Weekly

Clean the air filter weekly; this will keep the machine working to its optimum freezing capacity.

Carefully remove filter from machine

Using a soft brush, brush away any dust or dirt off the filter

If required rinse under warm water to remove all remaining dirt or dust and replace filter

Prior to cleaning

 Set the power switch to the I position  Set the mixer/refrigeration switch to the I position  Place a bucket under each of the dispense nozzles and fully empty machine  Once empty set all controls to the 0 position and switch off all power to the machine.
