Remove cover from the bowl.



 Remove the bowl by lifting its dispense nozzles side up and off the fastening hooks and slide it out  Slide the outer spiral out and then the inside auger

 Remove the bowl gasket from its seat  Dismantle the dispense nozzles  Slide the drip tray out and empty any remaining liquids out and wash in hot soapy water

 Prepare a bucket of sanitiser solution and wash all disassembled parts carefully by hand – use a soft brush if necessary  Once cleaned rinse with clean water  Replace all parts
