Turn the handle Clockwise, at the same time pushing on the back of the sliding handle Tray

Using a Shredding Blade Loosen the blade knob, located on the side of the Vegetable Turner

Insert the desired blade ensuring that the arrow on the blade is pointing up

Tighten the blade knob Blade edges are sharp - DO NOT touch the blade edges.

Cleaning of the machine should be carried out after every use.  Use soapy water and a damp cloth to clean the Vegetable Turner and blades.  Clean the Vegetable Turner and blades regularly.  Always dry thoroughly after washing.  Replace the blades Always use extreme care when handling the blades.
