Make a temporary warning sign on the computer. Use adhesive tape to repair loose flooring or equipment. Cover sharp edges with hazard tape / a kitchen cloth.

Take equipment out of use and label it clearly.

Use buckets / absorbent cloths to catch leaks.

Use warning triangles.

End the training session by summarising the key points:

MAB have identified all the main risks associated with running a pub/restaurant however certain hazards are site specific.

All team members have a duty to report potential hazards to their line manager.

Make sure any repairs have suitable temporary safety works to remove hazards.
