Visible - Resolution of a Guest Complaint to a satisfactory standard 5. Inviting - You have received a Bright Spark Certificate 6. Courteous - Being courteous to a group of Guests ie carrying a tray of drinks for an old couple etc 7. Exceptional - You have gone the extra mile with a guest and really made their day Remember - once you’ve won 1 prize, your 10 spaces are wiped clean and you can start again and work your way towards another prize !!! How to fill in your Recognition Point Award When you have been notified of an award, fill in the next available space alongside your name, stating the date and category of award. Make sure that your EGM or AM initials the box to authorise the award.
