How Do I Manage Table Sizes?

1. Log into iZone tables with your manager login 2. Select the ‘Site Setup’ tab 3. Select ‘Manage Tables’ from drop down list 4. Select ‘Layouts’ Tab 5. Select ‘Edit’ against the correct layout from under the Actions column

6. Select the ‘Table Sizes’ tab

7. For each table input a minimum and maximum number of covers you could seat at each table. E.g. Table 4 can have a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 5 covers. 7. If you check the Unavailable to auto-assign, this table will not be included when you use the auto assign function in future seating. 8. Once all table sizes have been inputted select ‘Save’. Make sure that the save confirmation appears before you leave the page
