In order to check the device is working, ensure the green light is on and that no other lights are flashing. Refer to table below if any other lights are on. If all ok, check the alarm on the device by simply pressing the ‘mode’ button. All lights should flash and alarm beep. Once completed, the display should return to just the green light being illuminated. If the lights fail to come on or buzzer fails to sound during test, test again to double check. If still not working, place a call out for an engineer visit. Monitor display regularly and be aware of any change to the status of the device. Refer to below table for what to do in each circumstance.
