 P2 grade Respiratory mask suitable for aqueous spray mists to be worn when using Greasestrip Plus chemical  Eye protection to EN 166 must be worn when using Greasestrip plus chemical.  Gauntlet gloves resistant to alkalis should be worn to cover the skin and arms when using Greasestrip plus chemical Greaselift chemical is a non hazardous cleaning product that does not require a face mask. Gloves and goggles should still be worn though to protect eyes and skin.

In the event that you can smell gas and suspect a gas leak call Transco on 0800 111 999

ASK QUESTION TO GROUP: What should you do if you smell gas? - Turn off isolation valve and report to the manager – Call Transco 0800 111 999 if a leak suspected What sort of defect may be spotted on a gas hose? - Kinks, cracks, touching floor What are the approved methods for lighting a stove? - Electronic ignition, taper, long gas lighter What is the correct PPE for cleaning ovens if using Greasestrip chemical? - Goggles, Gauntlets, Mask
