5. Canvas Catalog Information—Shalon Farris

Catalog Beta Instance is now available— https://school.beta.catalog.instructure.com

Catalog Implementation—Brooke and Shalon met with Casey Sato this week. Casey is aware that this process is not going smoothly. Casey is working on revised documentation to help meet the needs of the consortium. Within the next 2-3 weeks, there will be a relaunch of the Catalog implementation. Casey is open to small group meetings to help schools with implementation.

Vendor Meeting Contact List—Shalon Farris is using this list to send to vendors for each school’s contacts to receive notifications of meetings/calls.

6. Options for Possible Regularly Scheduled SmarterProctoring Vendor Calls—

Shalon Farris

Shalon currently meets with them each Monday at 10:00 a.m. We have two options if the consortium wishes to schedule a call.

 Monthly—First Wednesday of every month at 10:00 a.m.  Mondays at 10:00 a.m.—monthly or every 2 weeks

The group decided not to schedule a regular call with SmarterProctoring. Shalon will continue her weekly calls and each school is welcome to join if they have issues they need to discuss.

Open Forum 1. Attachment Confusion about Virtual Proctoring—Shalon Farris

Shalon demoed Trello show the group how to make communication easier with Jason Fill. Trello allows users to report new issues with SmarterProctoring and also provides progress reports.
