As part of its business activities, Technicolor SA may issue performance guarantees for its subsidiaries as well as comfort letters. The main performance guarantees have been made to Warner. Further, as part of its management of the currency exchange rate risk, Technicolor SA implements over a fixed period foreign exchange

guarantees with its subsidiaries under which their trade exposures are hedged at a determined currency exchange rate. The most significant commitments are thereafter summarized:
