Audit services include all services charged by the Statutory Auditors meeting the Group’s legal and regulatory requirements, including the in completion of their audit of annual consolidated financial review of interim financial statements and the audit of the Company’s statements and the services provided by the Statutory Auditors in financial statements. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS NOTE 14. There were no events that have a material impact on the financial status that occurred between the Statement of the Financial Position date and February 21, 2018, the date when the Board of Directors approved the Financial Statements.
