1 Click/Tap Bill Pay from the main menu to initiate a new bill payment. On the next screen, drag an account to the Pay From box or you may select it from the drop-down list under Select . 2 Select a payee from the Available Payees drop-down list. 3 If a payee is not listed, you can add one by either taking a photo of a payment voucher (for mobile devices), or uploading an image file (computer).
