Most respondents said they felt they had the necessary skills to deal with critical incidents. Approximately 60% of the respondents rated their skills in dealing with critical incidents from 6 to 10 on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the highest and 1 the lowest. The remainder of the respondents, on the other hand, stated that they had very low skills (Figure 12).

At the level of educational shortcomings, respondents indicated intercultural competencies and communication skills as those competencies that students should strengthen during their studies at university (Figure 13 below).
