Students also can nd out what steps they should be taking now that they've been admitted to UC Merced regarding admissions, nancial aid, housing and more. Guardian Scholars Program for Foster Youth | SSB 120 This informational session is for those students who either are or were dependents of the foster care system at some point in their lives. Students can learn about the additional bene ts and services available to them through this program, including priority registration, guaran- teed housing space, one-on-one guidance and much more. Students also will get to meet current Guardian Scholars, learn about their experiences and ask them questions.
