Mother Always Said You Should … My Mom used to tell me repeatedly to do this and do that, not to do this and not to do that. ALL, I recall, very valuable advice. Looking back on it, I can say she was, and still is, a very wise woman. Time reveals, in fact, just about every caring Mother is a Wise Woman . I can see why we carve out a special day each year to acknowledge Mothers. So here is a shout out to all Mom’s – Happy Mothers Day!!

The official Mother’s Day holiday arose in the 1900s as a result of the efforts of Anna Jarvis, daughter of Ann Reeves Jarvis . Following her mother’s 1905 death, Anna Jarvis conceived of Mother’s Day as a way of honoring the sacrifices Mother’s made for their Children. For ALL those whose Mom is no longer with us, may you remember the best about them. In addition to that, there are also many who never knew their Mom due to unfortunate circumstance. I bet someone played that roll in their life and they too deserve a Happy Mother’s Day!

Regardless, we can celebrate this Mother’s Day knowing Mom's both here and no longer here are special in more ways than we can count.

Why I Support Escuela de Artes y Humanidades LUIS TERROR DIAS.

I was born and raised in Santo Domingo, Capital of the Dominican Republic. There, more than 40% of the population lives below the poverty line. Children suffer the consequences of living in poverty, most notably with regards to health, education and work. Three years ago, a friend of mine name Oscar Lopez Nunez called me and told me about this school and its mission. I immediately started to ask my family members and closest friends for their support. The donation of clothes, toys and the funds made a big difference. My teenage son and daughter made a trip to the D. R. and visited “La Escuela de Artes y Humanidades LUIS TERROR DIAS and brought them the donations that we were able to collect. They were also giving of their time by teaching English classes and helping the students with their class work. That trip completely impacted their lives more than I could ever imagined. My team is devoted on raising money and donating a portion of our income to help these kids. My team and I are committed to providing outstanding results for Buyer and Sellers referred to us by our past clients. I have discovered that our contribution help to change the world of others.
