Dear John and Sue, Following up on our conversation this afternoon, John, we are requesting a mechanism for invoicing March expenses. In addition to our previous letter regarding our request for equitable adjustment, Spearhead incurred payroll, fringe, materials and equipment costs from March 1 through March 30, 2020. Please see attached letter containing breakdown of March expenses, updated project costs and payments to date along with certificate of substantial completion.
