CLEAR CREEK DISTILLERY USA, OREGON Clear Creek Distillery was founded in 1985 with a vision to use the bountiful fruits of the Pacific Northwest to create fruit-based spirits that rivaled the best of their European counterparts. Using Old-World techniques and sourcing ingredients from the local orchards and fresh water springs of Mount Hood in the Oregon countryside, Clear Creek became one of the first craft distilleries in the United States. Clear Creek American Pot Still Brandy 750ml / 85PF Made in a style reminiscent of Armagnac, the American Pot Still Brandy is single-distilled from the wonderful wines of the Pacific Northwest. Age ranges from 2 to 9 years in French Limousin oak barrels, this brandy is much less austere than many of its French cousins, and has lively, fresh, fruity character. GUILLON PAINTURAUD FRANCE The Guillon-Painturaud family owns 18 hectares of Ugni Blanc all in one plot around the farm they have been living in since 1610. In the 1970s, they began bottling under their own name rather than selling to the big house producers and have never looked back. Guillon Painturaud VSOP 750ml / 80PF An average of 15 years old, this cognac is brimming with supple fruit and caramel. Guillon Painturaud Hors d’Age 750ml / 80PF An average of 30 years old, the brandy is robust with spiced fruit and deep caramel flavors on the entry. The finish shows hints of rancio and earth and seems to last forever, remaining on the palate a good five minutes after tasting. Guillon Painturaud Renaissance 750ml / 80PF Matured for over 40 years before release, Guillon Painturaud Renaissance Grande Champagne Cognac is a traditional product, bottled without chill-filtration, caramel coloring, or boise added. BRANDY ALEXANDER INGREDIENTS 1 1/2 oz Bache Gabrielsen Tre Kors VS Cognac 1 oz dark creme de cacao 1 oz cream Garnish: grated nutmeg DIRECTIONS Add cognac, dark creme de cacao and cream into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass or a coupe glass. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.

Poli Distillerie Jacopo Poli Arzente Brandy 375ml / 1750ml / 80PF A fine 10-YO, single-vintage brandy distilled from wine made from Trebbiano di Soave, low in alcohol, tannins and acidity, It combines the aromas of Trebbiano with toasty notes from oak maturation; smooth, mouth filling and elegant. Poli Distillerie Jacopo Poli Moscato Brandy 375ml / 1750ml / 80PF Single-vintage brandy from Moscato Bianco grapes from the Euganei hills. Aged for six months in stainless steel. Clear with pronounced aromas of rose, magnolias and sage. Well-rounded with a light touch of orange citrus on the finish. Poli Distillerie Uvaviva Italiana Grape Brandy 750ml / 80PF Aromatic Malvasia and White Muscat grape. Clear brandy with pronounced aromas of fresh apricots, pears and orange blossom. Delicate, fresh and flavorful, with notes that persist long into the finish.
