Bache Gabrielsen American Oak 80PF / 700ML The American Oak is a VS—three years in Limousin oak—and finished in new Tennessee oak barrels for six months giving it distinctive character. Aromas of ripe apricot, pear, vanilla and lingering flavors of coconut, caramel and chocolate. As with all the wares from this artisanal house, it’s of excellent quality and beautifully presented. Made from 100% Ugni Blanc grapes and aged in Limousin oak for well over the minimum four years required for a VSOP, this is a great introduction to Bache Gabrielsen Cognac. Through The Grapevine Fradon Lot 1970 93.2PF / 750ML Through the Grapevine Fradon Lot 70 Cognac Petite Champagne is a 1970 vintage, Petite Champagne-origin cognac bottled at 46.6% ABV by La Maison du Whisky. It offers a complex profile featuring notes of prune, raisin, beeswax, and spice. This limited-release, artisanal spirit is noted for its floral, herbaceous, and fruity character, with hints of dried fruits, white pepper, and coffee. Their Grande Champagne vineyards have been in the family since 1730. In the early 1990s, the Pasquet family wanted to return to more natural agricultural methods like their ancestors before them. Ever since, they have been farming their vines organically, using native yeast to ferment the wines, and distilling on the lees in their own small pot still. The family has also replanted old grape varieties like Folle Blanche and Montils. This single cask of Lot 95 was chosen for its broad depth and richness. Through The Grapevine Trijol Single Cask Lot 2003 93PF / 750ML The first Maxime Trijol still was

installed in Saint Martial sur-Né in the region of Fin Bois in 1859. Today, the house boasts twenty-two 2,500-litre stills. Maxime Trijol cultivates their own vines as well as distilling and aging Cognac. In this way, Maxime Trijol oversees all the steps in the cognac production process. This philosophy of a continuous quest for excellence has been handed down from generation to generation.

Pineau des Charentes is made on the day of harvest, by blending white grape juice which is rich in sugar, and a very young high alcohol content cognac, it is then put into casks to be aged for a minimum of ; 1 year ( Pineau des Charentes), 5 years (for a Vieux Pineau des Charentes), 10 years (for a Très Vieux Pineau des Charentes).

BRANDY ALEXANDER INGREDIENTS 1 1/2 oz Bache Gabrielsen Tre Kors VS Cognac 1 oz dark creme de cacao 1 oz cream Garnish: grated nutmeg DIRECTIONS

Add cognac, creme de cacao and cream into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass or a coupe glass. Garnish grated nutmeg.
